Baseball Ends with Fall World Series

The Fall of the year brings about the MLB Fall Classic and playoffs, and it's no different for the Patriots as they embark on their Fall World Series starting tomorrow.  The Bat Pats will start their annual Fall Classic Friday at 2:30 with a single 9 inning affair.  The best of three series will conclude on Saturday and will end the fall practice season for the Pats.

"We've had a great fall," stated Luther Bramblett, the Patriot mentor.  "Other than a few crazy injuries, it has been a smooth transition for the new guys and our returners have welcomed them.  It's been a competitive fall at many positions, which I think will help us in the long run.  Our depth will be a strength."

Assistant Coaches Heath Wright and Jeremy Turpin will lead their respective teams in the Classic.  The teams have been drafted and the trash talk has begun - which team will provide the entertainment in the "Patriot Baseball Talent Show"?

"This has been a great way to end the fall season.  There's a lot on the line for these guys, not just talent show wise, but starting spots at the varsity level.  It's a fun way to end the fall season."
