Women's Soccer Adds Harbison

The Patriot Women's Soccer team is proud to announce the signing of Rachael Harbison.  Harbison made it official when she signed with the Patriots last Friday.

Rachael, a Defender at Male High School in Louisville who graduated in 2013, has spent this academic year at Jefferson Community College and will transfer to St. Catharine this fall.  Rachael has played primarily Defense for Male and for her club team, Derby City Rossoneri (DCR).  At Male, she won the 'Most Defensive Player' award in 2010 and 2011.  She also won the 'Captain's Award' and was named Most Valuable Player in 2012.

Rachael has been strong in the classroom as well.  She has made the Dean's List at JCC.  She plans to study Sonography at St. Catharine with a goal of maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA throughout.

Patriot Coach Paul Patton noted, "Rachael is a great addition to our program.  She clearly has a love for the game and will bring some maturity to a large incoming class of recruits.  I am excited to see how she will perform."
