Ally Engelman Lastest Soccer Signee

Patriot Women's Soccer Coach, Paul Patton is proud to announce the signing of Ally Engelman.  Engelman made her college choice official when she signed an NAIA scholarship contract on Friday.  "We are excited that Ally has chosen to join our program at St. Catharine.  She is a strong soccer player and a strong student," noted Patton.  "She will be a great addition to our team."

Ally is the daughter of Matt and Amy Engelman of Independence, Kentucky.  She plans to study Criminal Justice at St. Catharine.

Ally was a defensive mainstay the past several years for Coach David Hobbs' Lady Indians team at Holy Cross High School in Covington, Kentucky.  She also played defender for Coach Tim Seiter at NKSA in the spring.  In the 2014 high school season, Ally was named to the Covington City All Tournament Team, the 35th District All Tournament Team, and 3rd Team All 9th Region.  In addition, she earned team honors as Most Valuable Offensive player in 2011, Most Valuable Defensive Player in 2012 and 2013, as well as Most Valuable Player in 2014.
