Men's Soccer Announces 2015 Schedule

Team Looks to Build on 2014 Success

St Catharine College Athletics released the 2015 schedule for the men's soccer program today.

The team is looking to build on its 2014 success and will have some new challenges in the next season.  The men's soccer program will once again have the familiar opponents of the Mid-South Conference but will play some teams for the first time.  The team will be traveling to Taylor University, Hanover College, Fisk University, and Bryan College while hosting Missouri Baptist, Freed Hardeman and Oakland City.

Coach Wolz likes the schedule but admits that it will challenge his young team everyday.  "There are no breaks in this schedule.  We all know that every team in the conference will battle for that top spot and we can't take anyone lightly, but our off conference schedule has to be the toughest ever for the program.  I'm excited to see how the guys handle it."

Last year's program brought the team to a higher level as they finished second in the Conference Tournament (2-1 loss to Lindsey Wilson College), tied for second in the regular season (predicted 7th) and received votes in the last weeks of the season.  Individual honors were awarded to many of the players and staff.
