In another conference match the Patriots hosted Lindsey Wilson on Wednesday and were beaten 25-12,25-12, and 25-10. The Blue Raiders improved to 12-2 overall and 4-1 in the conference.

Saturday saw the Patriots step out of the conference for two matches at Transylvania. There they lost to Anderson University 25-6, 25-14, and 25-8. Transylvania the Patriots fell 25-13, 25-14 and 25-14. St. Catharine will get a needed rest from the early hectic schedule as it is idle until Oct. 9 when they travel to Shawnee State in Portsmouth, Oh and then on to the Papa John's Invitational Tournament.
