Patriots Sign Katie Osborne from Nelson County Baptist

Tuesday, March 30 - St. Catharine College Volleyball Coach Adam Stevenson signed Katie Osborne for the class of 2010 from Nelson County Baptist High School today. Katie signed a NAIA letters of intent to officially join the SCC JV Volleyball program in a ceremony at the Nelson County Baptist High School.

Katie played Setter for Nelson County Baptist and was honored as the 2009 Christian Character Award winner. She was also honored to be named Ms. Offence and 2009 KCSAA All-Tournament and All-Star Team. While in high school she was a member of the outdoors club. Katie plans to major in Surgical Tech at St. Catharine.
“I think Katie will be a great fit to the St. Catharine Volleyball program,” stated Coach Stevenson. “She is a great setter and an all-around athlete who will have a great opportunity to really grow quickly with our JV program.”
