Patriots Sign Quinn Robinson from Bourbon County

Wednesday, March 9 - St. Catharine College Volleyball Coach Adam Stevenson signed Quinn Robinson for the class of 2011 from Bourbon County High School today. Quinn signed a NAIA letter of intent to officially join the SCC volleyball program in a ceremony at the Bourbon County High School library.

Quinn played Middle hitter for Bourbon County and was honored to be named to 10th Region All Tournament Team, Most Improved, and First Team Academic All State. She was also a member of HOSA, Beta Club, Spanish Honor Society, R.I.S.E., Pep Club, Paper Staff, Prom Committee, Homecoming Committee, Yearbook Staff, Project Grad Committee and National Honor Society. Quinn earned her Medicaid Nurse Aide License in December of 2010 and plans to major in Nursing at SCC.

"I am pleased to have Quinn added to a great recruiting class for 2011," stated Coach Stevenson. "She will add much needed height and depth to our program. Last year we didn’t have anyone over 6 foot on the team and now with Quinn we will have 6 freshmen over 6 foot tall."

"Quinn will be a great addition to the St. Catharine volleyball team. Her positive attitude and eagerness to learn will be a great asset to the team," said Coach Young.
