For the first time since the 2009 season, the Patriots are ranked in a poll. The Pat's are receiving votes in the latest NAIA caoches poll, joining MSC members Campbellsville University, Georgetown College and Lindsey Wilson College.
Lindsey Wilson is ranked 16th and Georgetown is 21st. Campbellsville and the Patriots are both receiving votes. This is the first time St. Catharine has received votes in the NAIA poll. In 2009, the Pat's finished ranked 2nd the USCAA poll in route to their USCAA National Championship.
"We are pleased to be noticed," commented Patriot skipper Luther Bramblett. "There is still a lot of work to be done this year, but it is nice to be recognized by your peers. It's also great for our players who have worked and fought hard this year through a lot of adversity and injuries."
