TEAM CHED KNOT'S SERIES WITH 15-5 THRASHING

The Talent Show Series is tied at 1-1 in the best of five series after Team Ched explodes for a 15-5 victory in game two. 14 hits, 9 for extra bases, helped pave the way to the 15 run outburst for Coach Bryan Allen and his team.

Team Ched was led by Eric Standafer (Shelbyville, KY), who went 4-5 with 3 doubles and 6 RBI's. Andrew Garcia (Las Vegas, NV) went 3-4 with 2 doubles and scored 4, while knocking in 4. Carlos Hernandez (Fresno, CA) added a 2-4 day with a double and 3 runs and Seth Dunn (Elizabethtown, KY) added a 2 RBI double.  Matt Wagner (Brooks, KY) picked up the win, tossing 5 innings and allowing 2 runs, 1 earned.  he scattered 4 hits and had 4 K's.

Team Davis was led by Luis Zeledon (Los Angeles, CA) who went 1-3 with a RBI, run scored and a stolen base.  Joel Cooper (Windsor, ON) added a knock and 2 RBI's and Joey Xavier (Selma, CA) added an RBI hit.  Jake Waardenburg (Kalmath Falls, OR) suffered the loss.  He allowed 5 runs on 7 hits in 2 plus innings.

Game 3 of the series is Wednesday at 3:00.  Again, a talent show is on the line for the losing club.
